Okay we didn’t binge any TV this week but Michelle recommends some cute YouTube videos and I can’t stop listening to the new Lorde single. Also, Russia.

1. TandL Characters

The Internet is a crazy place and you can really find some crazy things, so for someone like me who is always looking around on there, it can be a dangerous place. I spent a good portion of my night on Wednesday researching the origin of some knockoff character costumes I had seen in viral videos of a local parade and children’s parties. Once I found more videos and the booking information, it was game over. PLEASE do yourself a favor and research TandL Characters from North Carolina, and make note that my birthday is three months away. Go Minnie, go Minnie, go girl! You get it, Minnie!

I don’t care who you are, where you’re from, don’t care what you did, as long as you love me…ok just kidding, as long as you recognize that the Trump administrations contact with Russia on multiple accounts during the campaign is an issue, we’re good. This is a huge problem when the reveal of Attorney General Jeff Sessions contact with a Russian envoy came out this week. His resignation has yet to occur. We need to be angry about this, guys, and I can’t stop thinking about it. Does this count as a binge? Maybe, but if not, I’m going to start binging big time on some justice.

It’s Friday, the week is almost over, or maybe for some it’s just starting. Whatever the case may be, you might need to smile. Hope this helps.

1. Get Out

I’m not sure if you can “binge” a movie, but here’s my official recommendation for Get Out. Go see it in a packed megaplex on a Friday night, BYOB, clap/yell/laugh. It feels like you’re back in middle school going to the movies and being obnoxious with your friends. It’s gratifying! Please go see it. It counts as a binge because I haven’t been able to stop talking about it. Read Michelle’s Reel Feels on Get Out too!

2. “Green Light” by Lorde

This song came out yesterday and it’s wonderful. Loving the drums in the chorus, Jack Antonoff on piano, her pink dress in the video. Happy Lorde has expanded her sound and vibe (added some Carly Rae Jepsen and HAIM in there). It’s a jam!

3. “Desperado” by Rhianna

“Desperado” was featured in last week’s stellar episode of Girls and I’ve been playing it nonstop since.
